The fierce competition in fashion, consumerism and dynamic user behavior in recent years have contributed to the need for change.
We implemented a series of projects aimed at expanding the brand’s impact and attracting new customers:
• Brand stretching strategies to increase awareness and broaden the brand’s portfolio.
• Performance audits to identify and fix existing issues.
• Participation in major events, such as UNTOLD, to boost brand visibility.
• Collaborations with influential bloggers who launched their own clothing collections.
We also introduced new online marketing channels that contributed to:
• Higher conversion rates
• Increased website traffic
• Improved user engagement and brand recognition
Some of our marketing strategies were also designed to drive online audiences to physical stores, bridging the gap between digital and in-store experiences.
We turned influencers into authentic brand advocates by building genuine collaborations on Instagram and TikTok.
Each creator received a unique affiliate link and offered their audience a 10% discount, turning engagement into measurable sales.
This approach not only boosted conversions, but also strengthened brand loyalty and community connection.
